    i've seen this sort of thing traveling in the 3rd world where there is no concept of copyright, intellecutal rights, etc.. they just bootleg it, market it and sell it a vendor with a different name...I'm sure somebody in south asia is happy they sold 2 copies

      To build on Maduro's point, the CD in question is Turkish, and Turkish music producers are notorious for taking other people's photographs and graphic design and repackaging it as their own... mostly because, as Maduro said, people just don't have any concept of or sense of obligation to uphold copyright laws. *shrug*
