Sat, March 19, 2005 - 2:49 AMI LOVE EVERY SONG ON IT!!!! very hypnotic, at least to me! kind of trancy! OK this going to sound strange but the music reminds me of my brain at night when I am laying in bed trying to relax to sleep then just out of the blue I am doing hip shimmys or chest lifts or undulations or....its like relax zzz DANCE, DANCE relax zzzzzzz DANCE, dance, danzzzzzz. Maybe thats how I get to sleep hhhm ????? maybe I should go to sleep now 2:47 cuz I think I sound weird :p -

Mon, March 21, 2005 - 9:13 AMI really like "so do cerebral" and "I cash radii". I've already used "so do cerebral" at a hafla performance... I really like the fusion of hip hop, glitch, IDM, and ethnic sounds.

Mon, March 21, 2005 - 12:43 PMI like them all 3,5,6, are my faves so far but the more I hear them the more I hear in them and I like that. There is so much going on in each song like a house of mirrors, more-more-more deeper-deeper-depper. I like what they bring out of me when I dance to them, kinda like the good ol Industrial rock days only with more musical intention.
When is the next one comming out does anyone have an idea?? -

I like "Cybelle" and "I cash radii" best. But that may change, for I've only listenend to the CD twice ;)
I'm sure I'll use one of the songs for a solo, the music is very inspiring!

I was only able to get through half of it before going into the office, but so far, every song had me thinking about different moves and choreography... like Patricia said... very inspiring! -

Wed, April 27, 2005 - 2:01 PMSo I am at a tribal fusion bellydance performance this past monday and one of the ladies starts in on her routine. I spoke to the dancer next to me and I say, "you know, if I did not know any better, I bet that is a Pentaphobe song."
Sure enough, as said dancer and I talk she mentions that she danced to a Pentaphobe song. I knew it! -

And she did not dance to the one that RB danced to last year. -

Wed, April 27, 2005 - 4:26 PMIt's funny, because I had hear RB dance to the Pentaphobe mix of Cybele last August and really loved it. When people asked what the song was, she said it was off the Vadalna: Solace Remixed CD. So, I buy it, thinking I would like the other stuff on that CD too, and i do... but the mix on THAT CD is NOT the Pentaphobe mix, and I was a little bummed... but I wanted a mix that was like the one that RB danced to... so i chopped up the Vadalna version and remixed it myself (like 40 billion times until i got something I liked) made something that ended up being a little different than the Pentaphobe version, thinking that I'd never had that version ever. So... yeah... long story short, i'm REALLY glad that the mix that I wanted in the first place is on Sa'Iyr! :D -

Tue, May 24, 2005 - 2:58 PMI have to say that I love the entire CD. It rarely leaves the player. My favorite tracks are #3, 4 & 7. This is the kind of music that truly moves me, great rythyms, ethnic sounds yet still pretty trance like & mystical sounding. By the way, I'm new to the tribe... Corrie said to introduce ourselves so.... hey I'm Paige, nice to meet you all. -

Thu, November 17, 2005 - 6:27 PMI don't really have one favourite but I've probably listened to So Do Cerebral more than anything. I wish it wasn't quite so edited when BDSS dance to it.
I must add that I think Same High has great potential in terms of a horror film soundtrack. If I was producing a certain type of horror film, I'd genuinely be invited Keili to produce a whole soundtrack in this vein! -
